One of sev­er­al prod­ucts of the world famous com­pa­ny for the devel­op­ment and pro­duc­tion of ground, air and under­wa­ter com­mer­cial unmanned sys­tems — TTRo­bot­ix. Sead­rag­on XLR is an ROV sys­tem that uses inter­change­able mod­u­lar com­po­nents locat­ed in a sin­gle intel­li­gent net­work. The sys­tem topol­o­gy pro­vides an extreme­ly flex­i­ble and cus­tomiz­able plat­form that can be eas­i­ly adapt­ed to spe­cif­ic cus­tomer needs.

ROV (Remote­ly oper­at­ed under­wa­ter vehi­cle) is a remote­ly oper­at­ed unin­hab­it­ed under­wa­ter vehi­cle (ROV), a robot con­trolled by an oper­a­tor (or group) from the ship. Pow­er sup­ply, remote con­trol sig­nals, video sig­nals, as well as indi­ca­tions of sen­sor sys­tems, are real­ized by means of a con­nect­ing load-car­ry­ing cable.

Easy to operate

The con­trol pan­el is com­pat­i­ble with the ArduPi­lot mod­ule and is equipped with a uni­ver­sal joy­stick that con­trols the Sead­rag­on XLR. The device quick­ly pre­pares for launch, and it is easy to man­age. A con­trol sys­tem that pro­vides sig­nal trans­mis­sion in both direc­tions via a ded­i­cat­ed con­nec­tion can be installed on a Win­dows tablet or lap­top.

Increased load capacity

The poten­tial of the mul­ti-rotor pow­er plant (6–8 rotors) allows for accu­rate depth and posi­tion reten­tion. Increased inte­ri­or space accom­mo­dates more pay­load. The user can install pro­fes­sion­al touch devices by con­nect­ing them in series with the main con­trol board.

Universal ROV

The Sean­drag­on XLR is bat­tery pow­ered and can oper­ate under­wa­ter for hours with­out an exter­nal pow­er source. The Robot­ic Arm Upgrade Kit pro­vides fast and smooth sam­ple analy­sis both on the seafloor and on the sur­face. The Sean­drag­on XLR can be used in under­wa­ter mis­sions such as aqua­cul­ture, marine research, spec­i­men col­lec­tion, under­wa­ter research, search and res­cue.
