About the product

The Emax Tinyhawk II Freestyle RTF Kit is a FPV ready kit from one of the best hobbyist developers of FPV drone parts and models. The kit was based on the second version of the popular Tinyhawk Freestyle quadric, which was recognized by both beginners and advanced pilots, with the advent of which the developer corrected the only two nuances: a video transmitter (instead of 25 mW, it became 200 mW) and an FPV camera (instead of “no name” 600TVL CMOS, time-tested RunCam Nano 2). Release date: May 2020 The developer immediately added the model to the RTF package, which made it possible to attract even more fans of free flight to the hobby. As usual, let’s start with the key features of the popular FPV kit.

Developer about the benefits of the kit

Ease of operation

By combining simple and at the same time technological components in tandem with an improved FPV drone model, anyone can master piloting in first person mode and progress in this direction. All components are already configured and ready for FPV flight both indoors and outdoors.

Optimized Power

The time-tested, optimally matched powerplant, which traditionally consists of four EMAX 1103 7000KV brushless motors, working in tandem with AVAN Rush 2.5‑inch 3‑blade propellers, as before, provides the best dynamics and flight duration in the niche.

Improved video stream quality

The developer did not disregard the disadvantages affecting the overall quality of the FPV system of the predecessor and seriously worked on improving it. For example, in order to install a more productive FPV camera RunCam Nano 2, the frame design was changed. And in order to fly the drone as comfortably as possible in any conditions, a video transmitter was installed eight times more powerful (adjustable up to 200 mW) than its predecessor (25 mW).

Sturdy frame

The drone has received a new stronger frame made of aerospace grade 3K carbon fiber, which will allow this model to endure even the most unforgivable mistakes. A design pattern was also applied to the frame to give the quad a distinctive look.
