How to update OSMO Action firmware

Please note that you need to update your iOS and Android device to the latest operating system to get all the new streaming features, as well as update the DJI Mimo app to at least v1.2.20.

How to set up a broadcast on Facebook and Youtube

1. Connect Osmo Action to DJI Mimo and swipe the screen to enter the broadcast menu.

2. Select a broadcast platform from the list of Facebook, YouTube, and RTMP. The first time you connect to Facebook and YouTube, you will need to confirm this action.

3. Click on live stream settings and select the options you want, such as name, resolution, bit rate, and more. You can also choose whether the broadcast will be public, hidden or by link. After all the settings are made, you can start broadcasting.

4. Start broadcasting.

How to set up broadcasting using RTMP broadcasting (other platforms)

1. Prepare RTMP URL link and copy to smart phone.

2. Connect OSMO Action to DJI Mimo and swipe the screen to enter the broadcast menu.

3. Select RTMP to enter the link.

iOS: click broadcast settings, enter the SSID (network name) manually. If you want to use your smartphone as a hotspot for broadcasting, turn on personal hotspot and discovery, then enter the SSID and password.

android: Click on broadcast settings. Connect to WIFI. If you want to use your smartphone as a hotspot, please connect OSMO Action to DJI Mimo before turning on the hotspot, you may need to manually enter the SSID and password.
