All versions of Firefly 2S Nano Baby 20 are equipped with Robo 1002 15500KV brushless motors working in tandem with Gemfan 2015 two-blade propellers (Designer promises max. thrust from motor 492g, 120+ km/h in tandem powered by 2S 420mAh HV LiPo).
At the heart of the device is a Goku Versatile F405 flight controller flashed by Betaflight and connected to a 12A ESC in a 4-In-1 form factor. It is also equipped with 6 UARTs, 8MB Blackbox, barometer and altimeter. The package includes a removable propeller protection for the implementation of flights in cramped conditions. The stack protection (kanupi) is made of TPU with a mount for installing a mini action camera.
To power the Firefly 2S Nano Baby 20, the developer recommends using branded 2S LiPo batteries of the Explorer series with a capacity of 450 to 750 mAh with an XT30 connector, providing autonomy up to 12 minutes. The kit includes two different size brackets for easy installation and removal of the battery without the need for a Velcro battery strap.
As mentioned above, the Firefly 2S Nano Baby 20 is offered in four versions (analogue/HDZero/Avatar/Vista). Analog version equipped with Flywoo FPV camera and 450mW analog 5.8GHz video transmitter (Flying weight without battery: 33.8 grams).
Other versions offer digital video! HDZero version includes RunCam HDZero Nano lite FPV camera and HDZero Whoop Lite VTX (Flight weight without battery: 38.2 grams), Walksnail version uses Avatar Mini 1S Kit (Flight weight without battery: 42.4 grams). And finally, there is the DJI version, the video system of which is built on the Polar Nano and the Caddx Vista module (Flight weight without battery: 44.5 grams). For all versions (in addition to the PNP configuration), three radio receivers are optionally available: ExpressLRS 2.4 GHz / FrSky / Crossfire from TBS.
In addition to the Firefly 2S Nano Baby 20, the developer offers a wide range of related components and accessories, ranging from frames, motors, props, various holders and antennas, to remote controls, FPV goggles, FPV monitors, chargers, action cameras (such as RunCam Thumb 1080P Camera, RunCam Thumb Pro with ND filters and Peanut Action Camera), which together allows the novice user to get a ready-to-fly RTF kit.
