Hi all!
More recently, there was an excellent review of the MJX Bugs 6 quadcopter, I could not resist and suggest looking at a small review of the younger model MJX Bugs 3.

This is a great entry-level machine with brushless motors, the most budget-friendly available. Buy
The device is interesting, from a good company MJX, the design provides for the installation of a gimbal with a camera and FPV equipment. The cheap package does not have a camera or FPV, only a frame for mounting the camera.
The box is large, stylized (the manufacturer achieves similarity with the “beetles”, there are even stickers with the Bugs logo in the kit)

The kit is packaged in the cells of a foam box. Everything is in its place.

Appearance is quite aggressive. In the front there is a bright lantern.

In the box, the quadric is with the blades removed, before flying it needs to be assembled (install the blades).

On the bottom there are “legs”, a backlight and a battery.

Battery in case, with XT60 connectors and balancing.

If desired, you can buy batteries separately (1800 mAh, 7.4V, 25C).

Or make it yourself (just buy a 2S cell for 1800…2200 mAh)

The kit includes spare blades, extended stands (for use in tandem with the camera) and blade protection.

The blades are large, almost 20 cm. A pair of “A” and a pair of “B” types, differ in the direction of rotation

Extended racks

Blade protection. All accessories come with fasteners.

I do not install either one or the other for flights, as the size and flight weight of the copter increases

Action camera frame included. You can install your own camera.

The remote is classic and comfortable.

There are 4 buttons on the top (camera control, power on, etc.). Everything is described in detail in the instructions.

The highlight of this quadcopter is brushless motors that provide increased power and throttle response of the quadcopter

Motors and blades marked (A/B)

The powerful brains of the copter are hidden under the cover of the case — an ARM-based flight controller

Several photos of outdoor flights.

I note that due to the specifics of the control, when landing, the engines do not turn off immediately.

In general, the copter copes well with everything that falls to its lot — snow, wind, etc.

Flying on b / c motors is a pleasure.

With the camera, the flight is not so dynamic, but there is enough power reserve for comfortable control.

A small video, one of the first, I got used to the copter, plus a video from a height on a simple camera.

In general, the MJX BUGS 3 quadcopter turned out to be convenient for learning and for the first sensations from brushless motors. The quadric is powerful, torquey, allows you to do what others can not do. It has virtually no competitors in its price range.
