Mi-Mi-Bear and Developing! a Small and Inexpensive New Year Constructor With Santa Claus

My daugh­ter, whom I bought this con­struc­tion kit as a gift, has not yet seen it. And you will see. Lam­po­vo cozy and easy to assem­ble — it will be a great gift and help to give the house a New Year’s atmos­phere

Packaging and appearance

In my case, there was no gift wrap­ping, just a reg­u­lar plas­tic bag. I don’t see any prob­lems, all the same, New Year’s gifts are already wrapped in paper.

Inside is a small scat­ter­ing of parts and a man­u­al. Both the detail and print qual­i­ty of the man­u­al are at a decent lev­el.

The con­struc­tor is small, only 249 parts — accord­ing­ly, the review will not be long.

So, the most atten­tion-demand­ing part of the job, which can con­fuse a young assem­bler, is the foun­da­tion. The main thing here is to cor­rect­ly artic­u­late the gears.

Then every­thing gets eas­i­er

Every­thing, we con­nect the base and it remains to assem­ble only a pure­ly dec­o­ra­tive top.

Above we have:

a) San­ta Claus. In fair­ness, the red coat attrib­ut­es him more like San­ta (accord­ing to the fairy-tale canon, San­ta Claus is still dressed in blue). But let San­ta please chil­dren in their coun­tries. San­ta Claus came to me — and he will come to my chil­dren.

b) micro-house. Small and fun­ny. I was pleas­ant­ly sur­prised that a house of such a design can be made from ordi­nary parts.

c) Christ­mas tree, lantern, box­es with gifts.

Here it is worth men­tion­ing the gaps — this is not a con­se­quence of a bad match of the grooves and recess­es, every­thing is fine here. The design­er was assem­bled by his son, and he has a com­mon assem­bly jamb.

Every­thing, it remains only to insert a glow­ing cube (there is a tiny tablet bat­tery)

Put on the halves of the dome and fas­ten them on top with cubes.

The han­dle on the side rotates the Christ­mas tree and San­ta Claus.

General impressions

I ordered two con­struc­tors. 1 will go to my daugh­ter, sec­ond niece. Next year (and then) I plan to give them to the rest of my nieces. In prin­ci­ple, some­thing will come and the boy-pri­ma­ry school stu­dent. Still, there is no obvi­ous “girl­ish­ness” or “boy­ish­ness”. It’s just that the son has already out­grown this con­struc­tor, but for my daugh­ter it will be just right.

There is an excel­lent lev­el of mi-mi-tar­get, the assem­bly will be both inter­est­ing and easy even for an unpre­pared child. The price tag is frankly sym­bol­ic;

Why did I call the con­struc­tor devel­op­men­tal? I am ful­ly con­vinced that any design­er is extreme­ly use­ful for the devel­op­ment of the child: both his intel­lect and fine motor skills. And it is bet­ter to start acquain­tance with design­ers from a very young age.

The qual­i­ty of the plas­tic is ok. Does not stink, there are no mold­ing defects. Com­plete match with the orig­i­nal.

Chil­dren are always wait­ing and hap­py to par­tic­i­pate in the New Year’s dec­o­ra­tion of the house. And such a design­er will be both a gift and part of this New Year’s decor. You can safe­ly put it near the Christ­mas tree or some­where on the shelf. In my case, I will ask my daugh­ter to write some wish for her­self in the future on paper and put it in the free space at the base, next to the gears.
